He has spent his entire professional career in construction, beginning with Fullerton Lumber in Rochester in the early 90s. Greg runs the business operations here at Carpet One, including everything from managing inventory to overseeing the installation of your beautiful flooring. With his construction background and many years of building houses, his skills make him perfect for the job. Greg's interests include hunting, spending time outdoors, and working with his two adorable hunting dogs, who also work in the warehouse with him!
Flooring Consultant
Our Sales Associate, Mike Hyde, loves the entire design process. Carpet One Rochester offers all types of flooring, carpet, wood, laminate, tile, luxury vinyl products, and professional installations. Mike has spent 18 years with the company, helping customers identify the perfect home product. A Rochester native, Mike attended both Rochester Community and Technical College and Winona State University. He is engaged and enjoys spending time with his fiance, son, and family.

Hunter Larson, a Rochester native, enjoys many aspects of his job as a flooring consultant. His personal favorite is seeing a project start from a blank canvas and helping a client transform it into "their own personal Picasso." He enjoys long, relaxing car rides, golfing, and reading during his downtime.

Shelly is passionate about community involvement and serves as the founder of the Elton Hills Neighborhood Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, crafting, camping, and exploring her family genealogy.

Mike Hofmeister joined our measuring team in April of ‘23. He spent about 46 years as an installer of many types of flooring. He is happy to assist customers as much as possible with their flooring needs. He enjoys working on projects at home and spending time with his grandchildren in his free time.

Flooring consultant Kate Barnett has a background in art and design and a passion for home design and decorating. Her favorite products are often expressive and moody; encouraging clients to choose what they love is an important part of the job.
